Chef John Kasyanenko discovered his love of food and cooking while he was still a young boy growing up.  He remembers watching and helping his grandmother cook and tending to her gardens.  From this early experience, Chef John still maintains that passion of cooking and respect foringredients he works with.  His style is very creative, versatile and fun.  He believes in using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and keeping the cooking simple and let the real star (the Food) shine.

Chef John has worked in some of NJ's best restaurants and as well as some across the country.  He has been mentored by some of the best chefs of our time.

Aside for his love of food, he is a music enthusiast, a guitarist, and one who is passionate about life. Chef John also loves to meditate and exercise.

Sunny Rae's kitchen

Stephanie Smotrycz started her journey as a Personal chef after 15 years of living and working in the restaurant business.  She spent time waiting tables, working in the kitchen and managing restaurants in order to understand what was needed to to run a successful business.  In 2016, Stephanie & her husband Stephen purchased a food truck to add more depth to her personal chef life.  Sunny Rae's Kitchen works with you to create and support your culinary needs for events such as brunches, formal/casual dinners, backyard BBQs, lobster bakes, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners.  Now you can find Stephanie on Long Beach Island, New Jersey and the  surrounding areas, working out of her food truck or at a private event where she is the personal chef. Either way, you're guaranteed to be provided with an incredible culinary experience.


Rick mccracken

Rick McCracken knows food and he knows the kitchen and how it should be run. A 20 year veteran of the food industry, Rick is an accomplished chef & has been consulting on how your food operation can get the most bag for it’s buck. He will work with you from concept to completion, customizing the menu to your liking and serving you with a smile.  When he's not preparing meals that fuel your soul, Rick enjoys his family and teaching his son how to fis.
